The blown film

Futerro PLA has been used on a conventional extruder to produce multi-layer films. Bubble swelling and biaxial drawing of Futerro PLA do not bring any problem.

The films obtained by this transformation technique have the following properties:

• Transparency and gloss • Heat-sealing • Shrink properties • Easy printability • Aroma and taste barriers

These films can be used to make for example bottle or container labels, flexible packaging for fresh produce or lamination films,...
