{"id":10022,"date":"2026-03-02T11:27:56","date_gmt":"2026-03-02T09:27:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.futerro.com\/le-pla-ninterfere-pas-avec-le-recyclage-du-pet-et-du-ps\/"},"modified":"2026-08-10T14:42:16","modified_gmt":"2026-08-10T12:42:16","slug":"le-pla-ninterfere-pas-avec-le-recyclage-du-pet-et-du-ps","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.futerro.com\/fr\/le-pla-ninterfere-pas-avec-le-recyclage-du-pet-et-du-ps\/","title":{"rendered":"Le PLA n\u2019interf\u00e8re pas avec le recyclage du PET et du PS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Gand, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s d\u2019autres partenaires du projet <a href=\"https:\/\/prosperbioplastics.eu\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/prosperbioplastics.eu\/\">Prosper Bioplastics<\/a>, a men\u00e9 une simulation d\u2019un centre de tri et de valorisation des d\u00e9chets europ\u00e9en traitant 75 kt\/an de d\u00e9chets d\u2019emballages, simulation incluant la d\u00e9tection du PLA par NIR, passant au crible des id\u00e9es bien ancr\u00e9es :<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:43px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u2705 Le PLA n\u2019interf\u00e8re pas avec le recyclage du PET et du PS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La contamination des flux de PS et de PET reste n\u00e9gligeable et inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la tol\u00e9rance maximale signal\u00e9e au taux de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration actuel du PLA sur le march\u00e9 des d\u00e9chets d\u2019emballages (0,12 %), et m\u00eame \u00e0 des taux de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s ! Cela contredit les inqui\u00e9tudes selon lesquelles le PLA pourrait compromettre la qualit\u00e9 des mat\u00e9riaux dans les centres de tri. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:43px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udcc8 La puret\u00e9 des balles de PLA s\u2019am\u00e9liore rapidement avec la part de volume<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec une part de 5 % de PLA dans le flux de d\u00e9chets d\u2019emballages, une puret\u00e9 de plus de 90 % est atteinte.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et cela repose sur des hypoth\u00e8ses prudentes de d\u00e9tection du PLA par NIR (88 %), alors que les performances r\u00e9elles peuvent atteindre 99 % : dans des conditions standard, l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du tri du PLA sera encore plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:43px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En tant que membre du consortium Prosper Bioplastics, Futerro vise \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer la viabilit\u00e9 technique et financi\u00e8re du recyclage des emballages plastiques biosourc\u00e9s et biod\u00e9gradables comme le PLA.
