Blow moulding is a manufacturing process widely used to produce hollow plastic parts, and bottles are one of the most common products made using this technique. 

With its high tensile strength, Futeon™ PLA is designed for injection Stretch Blow Moulding (ISBM) and Extrusion Blow Moulding (EBM) applications. To ensure consistent, high-quality results, it’s essential to consider the unique properties of biopolymers like PLA throughout the process, but Futeon™ can be used on standard blow moulding equipment used for PET or PP by adapting process parameters.
